Laal Singh Chaddha movie is honored in a special way by the Oscar’s official page

Oscars shared a scene-by-scene comparison between Laal Singh Chaddha and Forrest Gump.

Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan, was ultimately released on August 11 after a protracted wait. It is Forrest Gump’s official Hindi adaptation, starring Tom Hanks. The Oscars’ official Twitter account has now expressed its backing. The Academy’s social media accounts posted a movie demonstrating how the Indian remake captured the enchantment of the Oscar-winning original.

Both movies are compared head-to-head in the video. The video also demonstrates how some of the original scenes from the Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan movie were reproduced for the new one.

Even before it was released, Laal Singh Chaddha generated a lot of controversies. Due to earlier comments made by Aamir and Kareena, there was a Twitter trend to boycott the movie. Even Aamir has expressed regret to the audience and asked them to see the movie in a theatre. The official Hindi adaptation of the Tom Hanks-starring Forrest Gump movie is titled Laal Singh Chaddha. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Mona Singh also appear in the Advait Chandan-directed film. It is the South actor Naga Chaitanya’s Bollywood debut. Prior to being delayed to August 11, 2022, Laal Singh Chaddha was supposed to be released during Baisakhi.
