
The episode begins with Badimaa placing Simar’s hand in Aarav’s and explaining that Mata Rani’s blessings had spared their family from great peril. She says we’ll finish the wedding ceremonies. Simar lights the diyas the next day and maintains them in the in-house temple. Badimaa arrives and folds her hands in front of Mata Rani. She informs Simar that she knew she’d only find her here, and that Simar can’t stay away from Mata Rani’s temple. Simar accepts her blessings and wishes her a merry Diwali. Badimaa wishes everyone a Happy Diwali. Simar claims that today is the great event and that everyone is in their rooms, as if they have forgotten. Badimaa says everyone is scared about the recent happenings. Simar says I have an idea to make everyone happy. She beats the steel bucket with a stick in order to summon all of the family members. They all come downstairs to find out what is going on. Simar wishes everyone a Happy Diwali. Giriraj inquires if it is Diwali today. Aditi inquires if Diwali is today. Simar suggests that we clean the house for Diwali. Gajendra responds yes, that’s a good idea. Geet beams. Aditi said we’ll do it. Let’s do it, says Vivaan. Simar informs them that they will greet Lakshmi ji and tidy the house themselves. Sandhya answers sure, it will bring riches and happiness to the household. Badimaa promises to give the winner a wonderful present. Chitra requests that she give her a blue necklace. Badimaa mentions an ancestral necklace? She agrees to hand it over to the winner. Kavya and Reyansh sing and dance as well.
Reyansh instructs Kavya not to do much work and to rest. He promises to do the work. He forces her to sit and walks over to Chitra. Chitra claims you soiled the floor. She cleans it and calls Badimaa to tell her that the floor is dazzling. Giriraj inadvertently throws the paint brush and the box. Badimaa appears and laughs. Chitra claims I cleaned it and requests the award. Badimaa calls Simar and asks if anyone deserves to be the winner because the house is a mess. She hands him a list and tells him she made this gift item for all of her family members, business associates, and so forth. She claims she didn’t write anything for Simar because he already knows what she likes. She claims that because Simar is unique, her gift will be unique as well. She claims that whatever you bring or her will be priceless. He says I’ll get her a gift in the morning. They all light crackers and celebrate Diwali.
