While attending The Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles over the weekend, Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber decided to erase any rumours of a dispute between them by taking photos together. In the midst of all the Justin Bieber drama, Gomez and Bieber shocked fans by posing for united photos for the first time.
Tyrell Hampton, the photographer, posted the image on his Instagram account with the caption, “Plot twist,” referring to the complex dynamic that fans imagined existed between the singer and the model. Tommy Dorfman left a comment on the image saying, “Love witnessing the opposite of global warming and everybody’s skin clearing from this pic.” Fans of Hailey and Selena were quick to applaud their action, with one user writing, “We are witnessing history everyone,” as one person added. “Now can y’all finally leave these women and Justin alone lmfao,” said another user.
According to Entertainment Tonight, a source close to the Yummy singer described his reaction to ex-Selena and wife Hailey Bieber hanging around at the latest event and taking pictures together. According to the source, Justin is overjoyed that everyone can move on and that there may be harmony among all of them. Selena and Hailey wanted to demonstrate to everyone that there is “no beef or ill emotions between them anymore,” according to a second insider who also provided insight into their motivations for taking the picture.
