Vanraj declares that Pakhi will not return to the Shah home and that he does not need to argue with his family. Anuj requests that he listen to him just once. Vanraj believes that if he supports Adhik and Pakhi, he should also support them, as he does Adhik. He says he cautioned him not to try to behave as his children’s father, but today he wants him to be Pakhi’s father and not expect anything from him because he can’t forgive them and will never recognise their marriage. Hasmukh informs Anuj that Vanraj is unable to understand anything, but because Anuj can, he asks Anuj to assume Pakhi’s responsibilities. He claims that he cannot keep Pakhi at Shah’s house owing to Vanraj’s rage, so he requests that Anuj keep her at his place. Leela, Kavya, and Samar also ask Anuj and Anupama to take over Pakhi’s duties.
Hasmukh claims that Anupama’s sasural is now even Pakhi’s sasural. Samar claims that Anupama is now responsible for everything. Hasmukh claims Anupama is distraught at the moment, but she must deal with children. Kavya believes Anuj and Anupama are in the midst of a difficult scenario. Hasmukh claims that Anuj and Anupama are now responsible for Shah fmaily’s daughter, and he is confident they would not disappoint him. Anuj assigns Vanraj to Kavya. Anupama prays to God for strength to deal with new relationships formed in the new year.
Kavya states that when a daughter marries, her mother does her bidayi/farewell, but Anupama must perform her daughter’s griha pravesh. Pakhi and Adhik are awakened by Anupama. Pakhi and Adhik wonder where they would go now that Vanraj has disowned them. Anupama predicts that all five will return home. Pakhi inquires if she has forgiven them. Anupama claims she did not, and that none of them should forgive themselves. She gives them a big speech about how they don’t have their own shelter, how they made the decision to marry and how they take their parents for granted and bother them, and so on.
She claims that if she forgives Pakhi, she would return to her usual arrogant attitude, cursing and misbehaving with her mother. Pakhi wonders if Vanraj will ever forgive her. Anupama says never. Let us leave, says Anuj. Pakhi is having difficulty selecting her bag. Anuj attempts to assist her. Anupama advises them to bear their own load. Anuj promises to return Little Anu, who has gone to play at a friend’s house. Pakhi drops her baggage since it is too heavy for her. Adhik assists her. Kavya, who is watching this with her family, claims Anupama knows what she is doing. Anupama enters the car. Adhik and Pakhi put their baggage in the dickie and get inside the car. They are joined by Anuj and Little Anu. Kavya says there was one drama here and one would start at Shah house.
Samar says he can’t believe his sister is behaving this way and runs towards the car. Hasmukh claims that this is a brother’s care for his sister. Samar expresses his feelings for Pakhi. He tells Pakhi that he is upset with her because of her biggest error. Adhik tells him that he will look after Pakh. Samar hugs Pakhi and advises her to obey Anupama for the time being. They got back into their car. Anupama operates the vehicle. Little Anu begs Pakhi whether she will accompany them to the heroen. Yes, Anuj says. Little Anu predicts that they will have a great time.
